Vacation Rentals - Price Comparisons
There is a wide range of prices for vacation rentals in the Cotswolds. A house in a town is more expensive than the same sized rental as an apartment or cottage on a farm, or as an apartment in a house. A two bedroom cottage with two en suite bathrooms is more expensive than two bedrooms and one bathroom.
For these comparisons I selected places from several sources - rent from the owner, local small agencies, high end agencies. All prices were checked in June 2008. Prices are for the 2008 summer high season (July - August). The Christmas holidays are frequently the most expensive time to rent, followed by July and August.
Looking at these sample prices, you do not pay much more per night for a second bedroom/bathroom.
